The quality, production efficiency and production cost of stamping parts are directly related to mold design and manufacturing. The level of mold design and manufacturing technology is one of the important indicators to measure the level of product manufacturing in a country, and to a large extent determines the product quality, efficiency and new product development capabilities. Therefore, the installation of the stamping die frame is very important. Today, we will sort out the precautions for the stamping die frame:
        
1. When installing the stamping die, install it on a punch of the corresponding tonnage according to the punching force of the die. Pay attention to the flatness of the installation of the die and the stamping table.
2. The surface of the upper and lower, concave and convex dies must be cleaned before the stamping die is set up to ensure that there is no waste on the die to cause scratches on the product surface. When installing, ensure that the punching table is parallel to the bottom surface of the die slider.
3. Before the stamping die is set up, it is necessary to check the mold guide posts, die punches, working springs, positioning pins and other mold accessories intact, mold knife edges, cutting edges, etc. to ensure that the cutting surface is flat during production, and the mold must be cleaned before setting up the mold. Punching, waste hole, etc., to ensure that waste is discharged in time during production
4. The mold should be placed in the middle of the punch table.
5. When pressing the mold, raise the slider first, and then slowly lower it to the bottom dead center by inching.
6. For molds with mold handles, the mold handle must be aligned with the mold handle hole, to the bottom dead center, close the mold first. For molds without a mold handle, place the mold in a suitable position, and pay attention to the mold with a blanking hole must not block the blanking hole.

7. The cushion block used must be flat, and check whether the force is balanced, and pay attention not to block the material to prevent the block from damaging the mold

8. The forming mold first shrinks the upper mold, and then puts the waste material with the required thickness of the punching material, uses the slider to adjust to the appropriate closing height, and runs two to three times, and then locks the lower mold.

9. When the V-shaped mold frame is used, the upper and lower mold sliders are closed and clamped, and the slider is raised to the size of the punching thickness.

10. After the mold is set up, check whether the upper and lower molds are locked, and whether the upper and lower molds are abnormal. Finally, the tools are in place and the site is cleaned.

11. After the mold is completed, the finished stamping parts must be inspected strictly according to the drawing requirements, and then mass production can be carried out after passing.
