But I believe that 'first-class quality' is one of the indispensable and important conditions for a company to achieve first-class reputation.

Since quality is in my heart, it is obvious that quality is controlled by people, so "human responsibility" has become the focus of attention; Regardless of the circumstances and conditions, the human factor should come first, as humans are the main body in managing equipment and materials, so controlling quality is human rather than machines or tools. We all know that product quality is determined by everyone in every aspect of the enterprise, not by quality inspectors. Therefore, we should pay attention to improving employees' professional literacy, strengthening personal quality awareness, and deeply immersing the importance of quality in the hearts of every employee. Strictly control quality, starting from me, everyone is a quality inspector. If the product is confirmed as unqualified by me, it cannot flow to the next process; Let's give an example: if I continue production after taking over the job, and there is an abnormality in product quality, it is confirmed that it is the product left in the equipment from the previous shift, not the one I produced. But this abnormal responsibility should be mine, why? Because I should have checked, if I did, I would have found non-conforming products and dealt with them according to the procedure. So this is the result of my work not being done properly. So in my heart, quality emphasizes human responsibility as well. So: quality is also a cultivation of a sense of responsibility. If quality problems occur, we all choose to find excuses or shirk responsibility, then how do we strive to become a high-quality enterprise? This is a matter of attitude.
